The cookie legislation has caused the government quite a few headaches. I (Mark) and 3 internet entrepreneurs went to talk to Mark Rutte, who asked for an applicable solution during his visit to the Mediacentrale . A solution that guarantees the privacy of users, without having to adjust Dutch websites and bothering users with notifications. Here is the solution, Prime Minister Rutte!

Privacy is a great asset and I agree with the argument that companies have a duty to inform their users about  list to data what data they store from visitors. However, we all agree that the cookie legislation in its current form does not work . The strange thought alone that the OPTA with 134 employees has to check 1.6 million websites indicates that the legislation is practically impossible to implement. How we can then guarantee the privacy of citizens gives food for thought and has led to many and extensive discussions.

Analytics: used by almost 29% of websites

Twitter: almost 5%
Facebook: over 4% of websites have a link
Google+: almost 3%
Add this: is integrated in over 2% of websites
LinkedIn: just over 1% Do you have a social media button on your website? Then you place a strong introduction and conclusion  cookies and you must place a cookie notification on your website. Do you use an analysis tool such as Google Analytics on your site? You must also ask  permission for this. A standard  marketing list  YouTube or Vimeo film on your website? Ask permission! Allow advertisements on your website? Advertisers place cookies, so… you must inform the visitors.
